Loyistis is a Bookkeeping and Virtual CFO company with a difference. Our services range from general bookkeeping leading to analysis and development and business growth and strategy. We cater for individual business needs at any given time and stage and is designed to meet the needs and budgets of small to medium business owners.
Our professional experience is vast and extensive spanning 20 years in a variety of industries including Hospitality, Beauty, Retail, Medical, Property Valuations & Advocacy, Sporting, Education and Information Technology.
Founder and CEO
After holding Senior Executive positions across a number of different industries over the last decade, Sophie Trypas created Loyistis after seeing there was a need amongst small to medium businesses for CFO level guidance and oversight. Through her diverse and extensive finance experience, Sophie has a proven track record of helping businesses reach their full potential. Some of the businesses she has worked for include T2 Tea, the Art Series Hotel Group, the Victorian Cosmetic Institute, the Australian Football League, Melbourne & Olympic Parks, Accor Hotels, IHG Hotels and QT Hotels & Resorts.
Sophie prides herself on her ability to guide and educate stakeholders, across all levels of business, so they are confident and capable of achieving their business goals.
With strong leadership experience, Sophie knows how to get the job done. She is loyal, ethical and conducts herself with the utmost integrity. She is passionate about helping businesses grow and is driven to ensure owners aren't fearful of tax accountants.
Sophie has always been described as not fitting the stereotypical mould of an accountant however you'll find she does love numbers and when the accounts balance, she celebrates with a chocolate from her extensive goodie drawer.
